Fiona’s hospitality career spans hotels across Scotland and England, from independent hotels to bustling city-centre properties, extended stay brands to exclusive-use venues—and even iconic golf resorts. Fiona has worked across multiple market segments, including corporate, leisure, and groups, building a deep understanding of what drives success in each.

Passionate about the full sales journey, Fiona thrives on researching new markets, nurturing pipelines, and—her favourite part—closing the deal. Fiona brings energy, curiosity, and a strategic mindset to every brief, and loves the buzz that comes with turning opportunities into wins.

Outside of work, Fiona’s usually out exploring Scotland’s coastlines. Currently walking the Fife Coastal Route (one section at a time!), Fiona loves nothing more than a scenic walk followed by time with family and friends.
