She began her journey in operations before moving into sales, marketing, and revenue, giving her a true 360° view of the industry.
She’s a highly driven, commercially minded professional with deep expertise in corporate, MICE, and group segments. Gayle is known for transforming opportunities into tangible revenue streams, building strong client and stakeholder partnerships, and consistently hitting the mark when it comes to business goals.
In recent years, she’s also carved out a reputation as a brilliant sales trainer—helping teams elevate their performance through a mix of classic techniques and fresh, modern tools, all grounded in a deep understanding of hospitality dynamics.
When she’s off the clock, Gayle turns her attention to her other passions: throwing unforgettable dinner parties, collecting fabulous shoes, tackling her garden, and keeping active with HiiT classes. She’s also a proud pawrent to a miniature sausage dog—her perfect walking and pub lunch buddy!
