Her experience spans hotels, conference centres, exhibitions, convention bureaus, and sports stadia, making her a go-to for all things sales operations. After nearly a decade in sales at IHG, she found her niche: giving sales teams the tools and structure they need to succeed.
Heather thrives on getting the foundations right. From designing SOPs and managing Delphi.fdc accounts to conducting sales audits, cleansing contact data, and rolling out new tools—she’s all about creating clarity, consistency, and results.
Whether it's project management, sales performance tracking, or supporting field teams and key accounts, Heather brings order to chaos—and always with precision and care.
Outside of work, Heather loves playing and coaching netball and spending time with her daughter and cheering on her beloved Coventry City FC.
